explain exactly what you would do at each step in the procedure. Even more
important -- you listened to me, both facial expressions and when I could
feel a pinch, you made sure you took care of that. Your work was so precise
and careful, that I had absolutely no swelling or pain afterward. Once the
numbing agent wore off, it was actually like I didn't even have work done.
